• Tax COO Leadership Team
• Work closely with the Tax leadership team to help identify strategic priorities, and match them with strong data analysis and actionable recommendations to drive decision making
• Structured thinking to adapt quickly to changes in policy, processes and business priorities with demonstrated business operations experience
• Strong People leadership skills and leading by example
• Assist in implementing strategies for talent acquisition, development & retention
• Collaboration & Teaming
• Drive leading practices to ensure the continued trajectory in integration with global member firms
• Actively collaborate with all service lines & support services to deliver client excellence through a ‘One Firm’ mind-set
• Lead, guide, coach and motivate team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Education / professional
Qualifications
• Education: MBA or equivalent
Prior Experience
8+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders.
Experience of working in a cross cultural environment.
