Job Title: Assistant Professor - Management (HR Specialization)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Assistant Professor to join our esteemed institution, Amity University Patna. The successful candidate will specialize in Human Resource Management and contribute to the academic and research excellence of our Management department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM, OB, and related areas.
2. Develop and deliver high-quality course content, ensuring engaging learning experiences.
3. Conduct research, publish papers, and present at conferences.
4. Mentor students, provide academic guidance, and supervise projects/dissertations.
5. Participate in departmental activities, including curriculum development and accreditation processes.
6. Collaborate with industry experts, faculty, and staff to foster academic excellence.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. in Management (HR specialization) or equivalent.
2. Postgraduate degree in Management/HR with a strong academic record.
3. Teaching experience at the university level (preferably 2+ years).
4. Research publications in Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
