About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role involves supporting project management teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will also be responsible for financial tracking, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management: Assist in leading projects to achieve quality, program, and budget outcomes. Support Project Managers and Directors in project delivery.
Financial Management: Assist with budget tracking, monitoring and variance reporting. Develop and manage reporting processes under direction.
Operational Support: Provide support to the Project Delivery teams, including coordination and establishment of a Project Management Office. Ensure compliance with Airports Act, AAL requirements and company policies.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to WHS and environmental guidelines. Contribute to a safe, healthy, and discrimination-free workplace.
About you:
Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Construction, Project Management, Aviation or another related field
2 - 3 years in construction or project management
Experience in budget management, project reporting, project coordination and programming of projects
Experience in managing multiple projects in an operating environment, while also managing design teams, contractors and stakeholders
Valid driver’s license
