Experienced / Non Experienced candidate from Banking sector; having product knowledge for CASA, FD, RD and other banking products
Maintaining and developing good relationship with customers, Responsible to developing business, maximising revenue generation & achieving sales target, Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
To cross-sell banking products like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc, with maintain current customers in Kota
To acquire customers for CASA Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies and corporates
Qualification Criteria to Join Small Finance Bank in Rajasthan
Applicants with any graduation with at least 60 % marks or equivalent CGPA can apply.
1 year sales or marketing experience
Sales and Influencing Skills
Team management / Training and developing skills
Basic Knowledge of Banking Product & Process
