We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate team in Hinjewadi, Pune. The role involves handling client interactions, driving property sales, and supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential clients and understand their property needs
Generate and manage sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and site visits
Convert leads into successful closures by effective follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers
Support the sales team in achieving business targets
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Willingness to travel for site visits

Sales closing ability
Time management
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
