Bizlumina Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its client, which is the Indian subsidiary of reputed European organization operating in Bio-diesel segment. The primary purpose of the position holder is to manage and develop sales within a designated geographic area [Mumbai & Rest of Maharashtra]
Responsibilities
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the HORECA sector including Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens and Snack manufacturing units.
• Maintaining, and growing existing accounts and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve defined targets.
• Target setting, providing guidance and support to sales team members, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments – Finance, Logistics, Marketing and Operations within the organization, to ensure that sales strategies and plans are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
• To drive sales growth and revenue within the assigned area, while ensuring that the organization is able to deliver high-quality products and services to its customers.
Role Extract
• Concept Selling & Procurement of Used Cooking Oil [UCO] from the Food Business Operators including Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, Large snack Manufacturers etc.
• Sales; Procurement; Negotiation Handling the Team / People Management.
• Should be ready to travel within Mumbai & Rest of Maharashtra.
CTC / Salary Range: INR 5 to INR 6 Lacs per annum.

Qualifications
• Graduate Candidates with Min 4 to 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing. Any P.G. Qualification or MBA in Sales & Marketing would be a plus.
• Go-getter attitude along with good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Professional networking & sales exposure in HORECA sector is desired.
• Good command over English language and local language.
• Proactive and Self Motivated; Relationship Building, Good Team Leader.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
