JOB DESCRIPTION
• You will be responsible for Livpreneur/ Design partner onboarding for assigned region as per the weekly sourcing target
• You need to build a robust B2B sales pipeline and forecast new partnerships efficiently to meet the growing business demand.
• You are expected to meet and engage with potential partners on a daily basis to maintain a healthy active pipeline.
• You will own the relationships with new onboarded designers and partners ensuring activation to a successful business engagement.
• You are expected to manage your pipeline data on the CRM system and maintain dashboards.
• You will work in close coordination with the Territory Manager/ General Manager of your region understanding the growth potential and scaling supply accordingly.
• You are required to keep researching prospects to generate leads from various channels and will represent the company in the market to build a design industry network.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate/ Post Graduate from Tier 2-3 institute
• Must-have minimum 3 years of work experience in B2B Sales or Business Development and Growth in Building/ Interior Material industry.
• Mandatory prior experience of working relationships/ partnerships with architects, interior designers and turnkey contractors.
• Strong action-bias and extremely high level of ownership around targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary and local vernacular language skills would help.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, Powerpoint
