Job Summary:
Prepare and review tax returns, allocations, and depreciation schedules for management companies. Ensure state tax compliance and conduct research on current tax laws and regulations. Provide tax support to clients and maintain accurate records.
Ideal Candidate:
We seek candidates with experience in GP/IM, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Fund of Funds. A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or Finance is required, along with strong numerical and analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
