Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Training Manager to join our rapidly growing accounting automation startup. The position will be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India where you will be reporting to our Director of Operations. The Assistant Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training protocols for new and existing team members on our Customer Success/Operations team. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable with overlapping working hours with our U.S. team from 8 am to 12 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members on our Customer Success/Operations team
• Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the team
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide support and guidance to team members on an ongoing basis
• Act as a point of contact for team members with training-related queries
Requirements
• 2-4 years of management training experience
• Familiarity with accounting concepts and related accounting software is a must, knowledge of Quickbooks software is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
