Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members on our Customer Success/Operations team
• Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the team
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide support and guidance to team members on an ongoing basis
• Act as a point of contact for team members with training-related queries
Requirements
• 2-4 years of management training experience
• Familiarity with accounting concepts and related accounting software is a must, knowledge of Quickbooks software is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
