Citadel Source are delighted to be working with an international SME with multiple divisions to recruit an Assistant Treasury Manager. This role is based in the North Bristol area and provides great future progression opportunities.
The Role
As an Assistant Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our organisation has the financial resources it needs to meet its daily obligations and achieve its strategic goals. You will support the Treasury Manager in managing cash flow, reducing financial risks, and driving long-term financial strategy.
About You
You will be AAT-qualified or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified/newly qualified. You will have a solid working capital understanding and experience managing fixed assets, balance sheets, and cash flow. You will have strong Excel skills, proficient in working with large data sets and ideally experienced in Power BI. You will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As an Assistant Treasury Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
Oversee cash flow forecasts across multiple bank accounts and currencies
Conduct daily bank reconciliations, and promptly identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain the fixed asset register, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Provide accurate budgeting and forecasting for debt and financing costs.
Handle company loan documentation, including interest calculations and compliance tracking.
Deliver monthly pricing for allocated funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with AR and AP teams, meeting tight deadlines, especially during peak reporting periods.
