Assistant Property Valuer – Commercial
2025/26 completed NZ property degree looking to work towards Registration

The Opportunity - Te āhei
An NZ 2025/2026 property graduate (essential), who is keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuation
Undertake property inspections including measuring and site notes,
Valuation modelling & compilation/analysis of market rental & sales evidence
Assisting senior valuers in preparing quality valuation reports and advice,
Liaising with clients, agents, valuers and authorities
Undertake instructions for a range of clients including private clients, listed property clients, and central and local government.
Obtain hands on experience working alongside a team of Senior Valuers & progress towards achieving Registered Valuer status.

About you- Mō koe:
NZ property degree (essential and completed 2025/26), eager to work towards Registration and pursue a career in property valuation
A proactive and positive approach to work with attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
Ability to show initiative in problem solving and meeting deadlines.
