Job Responsibilties
1) Review of Financial Statement as per AS and IND-AS including schedules and variance analysis.
2) Monitoring and closing the statutory audit related to “Internal control over Financial Reporting”. Designing of RCMs, Revision of RCMs.
3) Direct and Indirect tax planning and compliances- 'Ensuring Compliance of tax laws, with timely deposit and replies to notices. Closure of assessments of 20 GST registration and Income tax. Enduring the appropriate Tax planning. Closure of tax audit.
4) Managing the banking, fund flow (disposal) and Investment operations- Co-ordinating with Banks for all routine day to day operations.- Ensuring smooth disbursements and payments.
5) Borrowing :- Ensuring the timely payment.
6) Designing of RCM’s and SOP’s
7) Managing the FAR .
8) Own and drive creation and implementation of automation of accounting process.
+) Must be CA with 6-8 years of experience in PQE .
10) Strong knowledge of Ind AS and Understanding of income tax, GST.
11) Management of team size of 20-25
