 Having 2+ Years of Experience in US Tax.

 Knowledge of with professional tax software Lacerte, CCH Axcess, or CCH ProSystem.

 Understanding and working knowledge of the US Tax and State Tax Code.

 Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Must have excellent client service skills, Responsive to clients.

 Highly motivated, Self-Learner, Problem Solver.

 Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.

 Minimum Experience of Handling team for 1+ years.

 Experience in Direct US client coordination.

Roles &; Responsibilities

 Preparation of federal USA individual tax return (1040)

 Preparation of Partnership S-Corp, C Corp, and nonprofit tax returns (1065/1120S/1120/++0)

 Preparation of multi-state tax returns.

 Prepare and post adjusting journal entries in QuickBooks as needed to organize the tax file

for preparation.

 Review of returns prepared by Team members.

 Research tax related questions and issues

 Handling communication from clients and tax authorities.

 Comparing previous years tax return and preparing missing info and Review notes.

 Manage workflows, storage of data and tax returns through a paperless system

 Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of Associates, and Senior
