The Firm deals with Criminal cases, Civil Suits, Arbitrations and Negotiations, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Securities Exchange Board of India Regulations, Consumer Disputes, Real estate matters, Family Law, Labour Law, White collar crimes, PMLA cases, NDPS cases, Media and entertainment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal Cases, central Administrative tribunal cases, COFEPOSA act, Banking & Securitisation, Constitutional Law, Custom Law, Customs Act, Taxation Law, GST Act, Testamentary Petitions, Intellectual Property Rights, Cheque Bounce cases, Sarfaesi Act.
Requirement from the Candidate: -
• Degree in Law from a reputable institution.
• PQE should be of minimum 2-3 years in most of the fields mentioned above.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to assist senior attorneys in legal research, drafting documents, and case preparation.
• Must be a resident of Maharashtra
• Well-versed in English and Marathi.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Prior internship or legal experience will be preferred.
• Candidates having prior experience in most of the fields of law mentioned above will be given preference.
