Role Description
We are looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial disputes and litigation, especially in matters before the High Court and NCLT.
You will be part of a growing team, working on challenging cases across multiple sectors, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Preparing, Reviewing case briefs
Conducting comprehensive legal research
Coordinating with and briefing Counsels
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, applications, etc
What We’re Looking For :
1-3 years of experience.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Prior exposure to briefing counsels and appearing before courts or tribunals.
Compensation : Industry standard

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. As an Associate at Madaan Law Offices, you will be responsible for assisting in litigation and arbitration matters, drafting relevant documentation, and conducting legal research. You will also interact with clients, attend court proceedings, and provide legal opinions. Candidates with practice experience in Company Laws and Corporate Governance will be given a preference.
Qualifications
• Good understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate laws
• Experience in litigation and arbitration matters
• Experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law
• Excellent research and drafting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• Admission to the Bar Council of India is a plus
• Relevant skills and qualifications would be experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and a good understanding of Indian laws and regulations.
