Job Description
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions & assign the proper GL
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
- Verifications of all day-to-day transactions of Sales, payment, purchase order etc.
- Record all expenses with proper invoices & maintain those invoices on cloud
- Preparing the Recurring Expense list, review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
- Prepare Weekly / Bi-weekly timesheet for payroll
- Post all credit card expenses with proper GL allocation & Invoices
- Prepare the Commission reports of Sales Representatives every month & record them
- Match A/R aging & match the customer ledger Balances
- Maintain and record fixed assets
- Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Support Seniors to perform month-end and year-end close process
- Participate in external and internal training as required
- Work under the supervision of a senior Accountant
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients’ financial situations
- Keep Up to date with US accounting Rules & Legislation
