Job Title : Associate Accountant

Responsibilities :
• Candidate must be having relevant experience of around 2 years in Travel and Expense audit and accounting
• Must have good accounting knowledge to handle T&E accounting process
• Perform T&E Audit on the claims submitted by employees as per the policy.
• Perform accounting related to T&E expense and other third-party vendor payments
• Prepare T&E payment proposals related to employee payments and third-party vendor payments and send to manager for approval.
• Generate credit card statement and follow up with card holders on credit card transactions which should be submitted on timely basis.
• Address queries raised by employees on T&E approvals and payments.
• Must have good understanding on various KPI's involved in T&E.
• Work with business team in resolving queries or submitting reports as requested.
• Prepare JV's and upload the same in SAP on all the T&E accounting activities
• Review the audit process timely and share process improvement ideas
• Must have prior experience in SAP tool, MS excel and accounting.
