Provides a range of administrative and secretarial support functions for a department or group of professionals, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Contact Center.
What you will do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivering administrative support to a department or team of professionals.
Performing basic word processing, creating PowerPoint presentations, and developing simple spreadsheets.
Managing telephone communications: answering calls, responding to routine inquiries, screening and rerouting calls, and taking accurate messages.
Managing the scheduling of meetings as well as Teams meeting , including scheduling, logistics, note taking, give recaps via email and ensuring follow-up from team .
Office ordering – supplies, coffee and other items as needed , stocking and monitoring for office needs so that supplies don’t run low
Management and stocking of kitchen supplies for multiple kitchens and monitoring for office needs or new requests for items so that supplies don’t run low
Arranging travel and processing related documentation.
Critical thinking and accurate timely execution on projects assigned
Preparing check requests and processing expense reports.
Handling mail distribution and filing.
Overseeing Contact Center technology procurement and delivery, including support for remote agents.
Supporting the Bank Operations engagement team.
Education, Experience & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and apply critical thinking.
Confidence in initiating follow-up conversations, conducting research, and engaging in negotiation when necessary.
The estimated salary range for this position is $28.00 to $36.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
