Associate Analyst / Analyst - CLIN
100% Remote, Full-Time
Location: India – Remote (Work from Home)
About the position:
We are looking for a talented Associate Analyst / Analyst to join our team.
Experience in the biopharma, healthcare, technology, or adjacent industries preferred.
Our team is VR-first and remote always. 100% Remote, ‘work-from-anywhere’ position. While we have Tigers across the globe, this candidate should be in India, available sometimes during US business hours (based upon the business requirements) with some evening and weekend availability and must speak fluent English. Exceptional communication skills required!

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily searches in clinical trial registries, PubMed, news sources and other websites to extract and analyze clinical trial/research information. Systematically categorize clinical trials into various sections and as per client requirement.
• Extract and summarize information in an online database for the information gathered from various sources as per client requirement
• Perform advanced and expert searches in clinicaltrials.gov and identify new trials pertaining to specified drugs / diseases / therapeutic areas.
• For a given disease/therapeutic area, perform searches on company pipelines to identify new molecules. Determine mechanism of action, therapeutic class, route of administration etc., of newly identified molecules and systematically enter these in database
• For a given disease/therapeutic area/mechanism of action, perform searches in patent websites, company websites, news websites and other secondary sources to identify latest development. Systematically analyze and summarize information as per client requirement
Desired Candidate Profile:
Required
• Life sciences graduate with a minimum of 2 years clinical research experience
• Should have the ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Should be a quick learner and a team player
• Should have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Should have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with excellent email etiquette
• Candidates should be willing to work all 7 days a week
• This is a home-based work & hence owning a working PC with good broadband connection is a must
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience with a potential annual bonus of up to 25
