We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lemon Law, Civil Litigation, and Consumer Protection. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in court. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are a driven individual who is committed to protecting consumer rights and ensuring fair business practices, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under Lemon Law and Consumer Protection statutes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in dispute resolution processes.
• Stay updated on changes in Lemon Law, Civil Litigation, and Consumer Protection regulations and legislation.
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve legal knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, specifically in Lemon Law, Civil Litigation, and Consumer Protection.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court proceedings.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
