Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using resources - Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, and contracts - Assist with case preparation and strategy - Represent clients in court proceedings - Provide administrative support to senior attorneys Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar - Strong research and writing skills - Experience with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw - Ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice-to-have Skills:
