Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a part of a team that handles a diverse caseload, including civil litigation and personal injury
This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on civil litigation and personal injury cases
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney with a focus on civil litigation and personal injury cases
Active member of the state bar association in good standing
Proven experience in representing clients in court, demonstrating excellent litigation skills
Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful dispute resolution
Excellent research and report-writing skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of complex information
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and build relationships with clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
