• Manage and research collection matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing parties, and internal teams to achieve favorable
outcomes.
• Participate in trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations to advocate for clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in out of court transactions.

Requirements
