Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position has a strong understanding of corporate law, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the field
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Current license to practice law

Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to
Provide expert legal support and advice to clients
This includes preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court and negotiation meetings
Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases
Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases
Counsel clients on legal rights, advising on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements of civil disputes
Supervise legal assistants and junior attorneys, providing guidance and mentorship to support their professional development
