Key Responsibilities
• Handle complex commercial and business litigation cases, including construction litigation, asbestos litigation, shareholder and joint venture disputes, contract breaches, insurance coverage disputes,

business torts, and board of contract appeals.
• Provide representation for hospitals and physician practice groups with a focus on healthcare law and regulations, including healthcare provider representation in various licensing and disciplinary board matters, and medical provider credential assistance.
• Support lobbying and regulatory compliance efforts by conducting research, writing, and answering discovery, while assisting with legislative matters before the Maryland General Assembly.
