Qualifications
This position requires a firm understanding and practical knowledge of one of the following practice areas employment law, construction law, professional liability, business litigation, and commercial litigation
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in these areas and a proven track record of delivering excellent legal services to clients
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Current license to practice law in California
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, construction law, professional liability, business litigation, and commercial litigation in California
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Proven experience in legal discovery and drafting legal opinions
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Proficient in using legal research tools and software
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsibilities
