Job Details
In this role, you will handle a variety of cases, including personal injury claims, construction defect, employment matters, contract disputes, etc... from inception to resolution. you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. This position offers a great platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and have the opportunity to take on challenging cases.
What you need...
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation within a law firm setting.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
