Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
At least 2 or 3 years of experience practicing estate planning law, with a focus on wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and trusts administration
Strong understanding of California estate planning laws, probate procedures, and trust administration processes
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
