Position Overview:

As an integral member of our Civil Litigation practice, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases, including general civil litigation matters, employment matters, wage and hour class action cases, and more. From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2-5+ years of employment law experience. preferably within a law firm setting.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
• Complex wage and hour experience preferred.
