Hamre, Rodriguez, Ostrander & Prescott, P.C. is a legal firm with offices in both Englewood and Parker, CO. Our firm specializes in representing government, corporate and individual clients with litigation and transactional matters related to land use, oil & gas, real estate, estate planning and probate, and general business matters.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney in our litigation and/or transactional department(s).
Associates are expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications
Required skills include excellent legal writing, strong interpersonal skills, and courtroom experience or transactional drafting abilities (judicial clerkship or 2+ years of relevant practice at a mid-large size firm preferred). Associate attorneys at our firm are employees.
Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, civil litigation, land use, oil & gas, real estate transactional work, estate planning, and/or general business services such as entity set up and structure and commercial contracts.
