Associate Attorney - Northern Colorado General Practice Firm

Grant & Associates has been one of the most well-respected firms in Northern Colorado, specifically in Greeley, for decades. We are a small team looking to add another attorney to our group. We handle a wide variety of matters, ranging from family law to criminal defense to business disputes and lots in between. We're looking to hire another Associate Attorney with the following skills and characteristics:

This is a full-time, salaried position based in Greeley with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities
• Direct service of clients through phone calls, emails, video calls, etc.
• Drafting and filing of pleadings, in collaboration with support staff
• Communication with internal staff, opposing counsel, and other individuals as necessary.
• Drafting of other documents, as necessary in cases
• Conduct legal research.
• Trial preparation and participation.
• Appearance at all court hearings, some in-person and some virtual
• Strong and professional communication skills, both written & verbal, with an ability to manage changing demands
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Analytical and an effective problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,250.00 - $110,250.00 per year
