Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar
3+ years of experience as an Associate Attorney
At least 1 year of experience in each of the following areas personal injury law, workers' compensation, estate planning and probate, family law, criminal defense, business law, and social security law
Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
Proficiency in legal research tools and software

Responsibilities
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will
Provide expert legal support, advice, and representation to clients in various legal matters including personal injury, workers' compensation, estate planning and probate, family law, criminal defense, business law, and social security law
Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts
Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes
Negotiate settlements in a manner that is in the best interest of the client
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client cases and legal advice
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to ensure a cohesive, efficient approach to case management

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and results-driven Permanent Associate Attorney to join our reputable legal team. Our firm is recognized for its commitment to providing top-tier legal services across a wide range of disciplines including personal injury law, workers' compensation, estate planning and probate, family law, criminal defense, business law, and social security law. The ideal candidate will have a broad base of legal knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will
• Provide expert legal support, advice, and representation to clients in various legal matters including personal injury, workers' compensation, estate planning and probate, family law, criminal defense, business law, and social security law.
