Small boutique law firm is seeking an Associate to work with the support of the partners in estate planning, estate administration, real estate matters and litigation. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while attention to detail and clients' needs are essential in this position. Estate planning and estate administration experience is preferred. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, experienced and organized.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drafting documents in Microsoft Word
Assist with accounting in Excel
Manage office calendars on Google
Meet with clients
Problem solve
Handle possible litigation
Work on Probate and Trust Administration Matters
Qualifications and Skills
JD required; Michigan Bar acceptance
Estate planning and administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail oriented and efficient
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
