Qualifications
To be considered for the Associate Attorney - Personal Injury position, you should have the following qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation with a focus on plaintiff representation
Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of civil litigation including trial
Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
As a Associate Attorney - Personal Injury, your key responsibilities will include
Representing clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from the initial case evaluation to final resolution
Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other court submissions
Conducting and managing discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and inspections
Advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on potential outcomes
Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction
Staying updated on current laws and regulations within the personal injury field and attending relevant legal seminars or professional development courses
