Responsibilities
As a Associate Attorney - Personal Injury, your key responsibilities will include
Representing clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation, from the initial case evaluation to final resolution
Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other court submissions
Conducting and managing discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and inspections
Advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and advise clients on potential outcomes
Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction
Staying updated on current laws and regulations within the personal injury field and attending relevant legal seminars or professional development courses

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

As a Associate Attorney - Personal Injury, your key responsibilities will include
