About the Job:
The client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 years of experience in personal injury, Mass torts. The role involves handling cases from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases, including client interaction, drafting complaints, and taking depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, review medical records, and communicate with clients and witnesses.
• Maintain case files and collaborate with paralegals.
Qualifications:
• J.D. degree and Pennsylvania law license required.
• 1 year of experience in relevant personal injury or mass tort litigation.
