Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to automobile law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, business and commercial law, criminal law, family law, estates and trusts law, real estate law, and complex litigation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney
Proven experience in automobile law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, business and commercial law, criminal law, family law, estates and trusts law, real estate law, and complex litigation
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong ethical and professional standards
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a diverse range of cases and legal issues, from personal injury and medical malpractice to estates and trusts law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to automobile law, personal injury law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, business and commercial law, criminal law, family law, estates and trusts law, real estate law, and complex litigation.

Responsibilities
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
