Our growing regional Creditors' Rights law firm is searching for a passionate and talented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Position Highlights

Your Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional legal representation while managing a high-volume caseload.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and provide sound advice on legal and regulatory risks.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable case resolutions.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings across North Carolina as needed.
• Collaborate closely with division Partners to ensure accurate reporting of activity and results.

Requirements
• Active North Carolina law license (required).
• 0-3 years' experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to additional states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus. Attorneys admitted through a waiver process or bar examination to an agreed-upon additional jurisdiction are eligible for a $5,000 salary increase upon confirmation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
