Job Description
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY DEFENSE FIRM seeks an Attorney with an active California Bar license.
Individual would be considered who:
Possesses strong verbal and written communication, research, presentation, and negotiation skills
Acts with a sense of urgency relating to priorities of the firm and clients
Possesses good follow-through with tasks
Responsibilities:
Dictate/draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, deposition summaries, and briefs
Research and analyze legal issues
Advise clients on legal matters
Represent clients in court proceedings
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
We are a Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation Firm. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field of workers' compensation/litigation. No prior workers' compensation experience is required. We provide full training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
