PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Level one support for request/incident resolution
• Assisting to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using primarily Selenium Framework and Micro Focus tools – Performance Center, Quality Center, and Unified Functional Test.
• Gather Manual Scripts / Business Processes from Business Users
• Participate in Manual Walkthrough of Test Scripts
• Gather Reusable Script Data
• Record / Develop Automated Scripts
• Create and Run Test Sets
• Log Defects
• Report Results / Metrics / Analyses
• Perform Script Maintenance
• Root Cause Analysis
• Perform Proof of Concept function related to new application and/or new tools – Research/adopt latest trends in testing market
EDUCATION/LANGUAGE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
