Our role
We are seeking an Associate with 3 to 6 years’ PAE to join our Commercial Property team on a full-time basis.
To be successful for this role, you will have experience in acting for both sellers and buyers in commercial property sales and acquisitions (across all asset classes) and experience in either off the plan development work or acting on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing. The team undertakes a diverse range of interesting commercial property work, which ensures there is constant variety in the work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career, as you will receive quality mentoring to assist your career and practice development and work directly with leaders in the Real Estate sector. The position will provide you with the opportunity to work with clients such as retail and commercial building owners, property developers, family-owned businesses and Government departments.
About you
The right person will have drafting and transactional skills and the ability to run files through to completion with guidance from partners.
You will:
Be highly organised with excellent file management skills.
Enjoy thinking on your feet, ready to consider the commercial context in which legal advice is provided.
Have a genuine interest in the Real Estate sector and in further developing your expertise.
Have confidence in building and developing relationships.
Pride yourself on achieving the best outcomes for your clients.
