Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answering customer questions, concerns, and issues via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
2. Resolving Customer Issues: Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, issues, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
3. Providing Product/Service Information: Offering detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and usage.
4. Documenting Customer Interactions: Recording customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a CRM system or other database.
5. Collaborating with Team Members: Working with other support team members to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.

1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
