Role Description
The Associate Dean for the School of Law will oversee academic initiatives, coordinate faculty and staff development, and ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards. Responsibilities include managing program delivery, fostering research and publication efforts, and contributing to institutional development. The Associate Dean will support student guidance, promote academic excellence, and collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
• Strong academic and teaching leadership skills, with experience in curriculum development and educational policy implementation
• Profound knowledge of legal education, research methods, and contemporary legal practices
• Ability to mentor faculty, promote high-quality teaching, and encourage research and publications
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience in academic administration and stakeholder relationship management is a plus
• Advanced degree in law (Ph.D. preferred) and substantial professional or academic experience in the legal field
• Proficiency in maintaining institutional compliance with regulatory requirements is an advantage
