The Crown Is Yours
As a member of the Delivery Management team, your primary objective will be to guide projects through the software development lifecycle with maximum efficiency, transparency, and organization. You will be heavily involved with roadmap execution (new and existing feature development) and day-to-day engineering operations for a particular focus area. You will serve as the liaison between a team of software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Product, Operations and Compliance, and other areas of the organization during the planning and execution of features, enhancements, and quality improvements.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Manager
Build and maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and align expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders

Act as a leader, advocate, and team member working alongside one or more agile development teams

Work with engineers to ensure tickets have thorough and accurate technical implementation notes

Identify and remove blockers and dependencies with other engineering teams across the organization.

Facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items to align with value and strategic importance

Participate and contribute in regular project-centric meetings, agile and/or scrum ceremonies

Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans and results

Balance resource limitations to maintain the highest-quality product standards while also achieving quarterly roadmap goals

Identify, track and manage cross-team dependencies during project planning and development

Assist with the measurement of team-level Objectives & Key Results

Coordinate with Release Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain expected cadence

What skills you will use
Experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a technical or analytical field

Understanding of technical terminology related to software applications & infrastructure

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and the ability to prioritize competing priorities is a strong plus

Experience with customer advocacy, process improvement, and analytical analysis are all pluses

Familiarity and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Experience working with Scrum/Agile is required

Experience with Jira, Confluence and EazyBI is a strong plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity or interest in sports betting and iGaming industry and product landscape is a strong plus
