About the role
To successfully lead a digital portfolio, utilising all PHD Group resources resulting in well executed & innovative digital strategies with excellent executional management and client servicing.
Strong advocate of an integrated work approach, with specific responsibility for the management and growth of direct reports.
Skills & Experience
Typically tertiary qualified, supplemented by 6+ years of strong media planning and buying experience and client relationship management
Sound understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities across several channels
Strategic thinker with sound analytical skills
Able to effectively participate in senior discussions regarding business and communications strategy (may not lead these discussions)
Sound decision making which considers multiple stakeholders and their issues
Able to deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with large scale accounts
Ability to engage and influence senior individuals/stakeholders/decision makers within your client group
Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
Confident presenter at client meetings
Understands motivators and detractors in leading and motivating a team of people
Ability to build on agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
Future focused
