At Arthur J. Gallagher, we provide an outstanding opportunity for a high-reaching and technically astute Tax Adviser or Tax Lawyer to join our market-leading team. This role is ideal for those looking to bring to bear their tax expertise and commercial abilities in a dynamic, client-facing environment. How you'll make an impact
Lead and service Gallagher clients while building and maintaining a client book.
Interface directly with clients, advisers, and insurers to cultivate positive relationships.
Apply business competence to achieve outcomes for clients within deal timelines.
Understand tax technical analysis to support client engagements without undertaking the analysis.
About You
Confirmed experience in tax advisory or tax law, with a preference for those with Private Equity and M&A experience.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for lawyers.
Strong background in deal/M&A tax teams is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional role.
