Job Description
Responsible for driving an annual revenue stream of $3-5+ million in EMEA and APAC
Innovate and scale new growth initiatives across the mid-market sales play via Inbound Sales and Outbound Sales to achieve sales targets
Identify key players from the existing talent pool and coach them to become A+ Sales players
Scale the current team (~5-6 member sales team currently) by hiring Account Executives to convert more of existing opportunities and tap new opportunities
Identifying existing processes gaps (sales tools, skills, knowledge, etc.) and work with Sales enablement to build playbooks to increase the effectiveness of the team
Work closely with Pre-sales to improve collaboration with customers and sales teams.
Collaborate to scale sales processes to drive sales proposals, POCs, etc.
Be a strategic partner to Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to help drive their charter
The Successful Applicant
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think critically and navigate open-ended issues
High problem-solving ability - should be able to diagnose a problem correctly using qualitative and quantitative methods
High business acumen
Exceptional understanding of end-to-end sales for a global customer base across multiple plays (Inbound/Outbound)
Experience selling to Mid-market is preferred.
Experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams for at least 1-2 years
Experience developing and implementing strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience driving operational improvement across sales processes
