A reputed law firm is looking to hire an Associate (1-2 years PQE) for its Dispute Resolution team in Delhi. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in strategizing and handling complex disputes before various forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals.

- Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes on diverse legal issues.

- Engaging in detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation and arbitration strategy.

- Representing clients in hearings, briefing senior counsels, and coordinating with external legal teams as required.

- Managing case files, client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of litigation/arbitration matters.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution at a reputed law firm. (In-house experience will not be considered.)

- Strong legal research and drafting skills.

- Prior experience in handling court proceedings and interacting with clients.

- Excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of publications in reputed journals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
