Role of Associate Employability
As an Associate Employability, your role would primarily be to develop high quality assessments to ensure in-time delivery to corporate clients.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality assessments
• Engage with clients for all assessment related queries
• Systematic execution of delivery processes to meet corporate requirements
• Build deeper knowledge about campus hiring through assessments and help corporate in meeting their requirements
Experience
• 0 - 3 years in designing and delivering assessments
Desired Qualifications / Traits
• MBA with an engineering degree
• Understands assessments and its usage in hiring process
• Database management - Working knowledge of excel
• Strong in logical abilities - being able to think about possible client requirements
• Very Good communicator - verbal and written
• Process oriented - Preferably from a consulting background
