Responsibilities:-
Invoicing-Sale, Purchase and PO processing.
Checking of invoices, verification and processing payments.
Bank entries and reconciliation.
Accounting-Expenses, journals and intercompany transactions.
Month end closing activities-accruals, provisioning, closing entries.
Knowledge of financial statements and its schedules and annexures.
Strong knowledge of TDS and GST.
Preparation and GST and TDS working/computation.
Should have good knowledge of payroll related compliances.
Prepare necessary paperwork for tax return file.
General ledger management.
Preparation of financial MIS and reporting.
Managing other accounting processes.
Preparing monthly quarterly and annual reports.
Conducting internal audits.
Requirements:-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and booking keeping
Accounting or Finance degree.
Previous experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.
Excellent mathematical skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to remain confidential.
Additional certification is a bonus
